Seeking mid-level graphic designers to join our rapidly growing Monroe, Louisiana design team. *Please note that this is an in-house position only. No Freelance or contract work will be considered.*
Layout and manage industry publications: advertising, tradeshow materials, packaging, web design, and identity development. Aid in the creative process of developing new products, character lines, and marketing strategies.
-3 + years professional experience
-Fluent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, InDesign, Quark
-Strong skills in publication layout, advertising, direct mail, identity development, packaging, and p.o.p. displays
-Must be extremely creative
-Experience in a Mac based environment
-An understanding of a 4-color, pre-press, and print production
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, Acrobat
-Knowledge of web design including html and flash
-Animation or illustration experience
